Best Backflow Services uses its own office software ("Backflow App") to schedule backflow tests and repairs. When we connect it to Google Calendar, it reads and writes appointments on our own business calendar only.

Customer information (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and test records) is kept on our own computers. Appointment details placed on our business calendar are used only to schedule and complete your service.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with anyone, except to submit test reports to your water purveyor, or as otherwise required by law.
